Identify Your Bad Habit

The first step in breaking your bad habits is identifying them, what triggers them, and what causes them. Understanding your bad habit will help you tackle it. A good idea is also to identify some consequences that the habit is causing; for example, if your bad habit is not brushing your teeth, it could cause you to have oral hygiene trouble frequently and make you go to the dentist more often than you would like.
